  • Weekly Running Clinics – Mondays at 6:00 pm (Tuesdays on holidays)
  • 12 week run plan from USA National Team Coach
  • Doctor administered functional movement screening to pinpoint areas that need flexibility or strengthening in the body with treatment plan.
  • Treatment plan may include joint manipulations, soft tissue therapy, and other customized therapies.
  • Athletic sports massage and recovery body treatments.
  • Functional strengthening and stretching athletic workouts to gain maximum benefit without injury.
  • Recovery & Restorative Yoga.
